Victory Baptist Church is looking to hire a full-time secretary to maintain daily operations of the church office and to work cooperatively with the other staff. The secretary must possess basic clerical and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as possess a pleasant telephone presence and basic web experience. The secretary is responsible for designing and mailing all promotional materials for the various ministries/events as well as frequent communication with the congregation through bulletins, phone calls, and emails. The secretary maintains a calendar of events, sending out reminders when appropriate. The secretary also maintains records for the various ministries including the Ark Preschool-Kindergarten.
