Job Description

Position Summary
Responsible for professionally answering the corporate phone lines and taking reservations for Miller’s Smorgasbord. Approximately 20 hours/week, primarily evenings, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, computer literate, and able to ‘smile over the phone’ as you handle multiple telephone lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering multiple phone lines.
  • Taking reservations for Miller’s Smorgasbord.
  • Answering questions and giving information about our restaurants, properties and the area.
  • Performing light office work.

  • Must have strong customer service skills

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and communicate with guests and co-workers effectively

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
