Working under the direction of the Design Manager, the Production Designer produces innovative solutions to communication problems that combine both written and visual elements. The Graphic Designer creates graphics for use in print media and digital media products such as books, marketing materials, web content, advertising, and signage.


  • Main Office in Lititz, PA


  • Seasonal for approximately 26 weeks from actual start date
  • This is an employed W2 position, not a 1099
  • 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri variable between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Travel not generally required


  • Range: $16 – $20 per hour


Company and product knowledge

  • Become knowledgeable of company history, mission, vision, and products
  • Maintain knowledge as products are revised and/or new products are introduced
  • Maintain knowledge of brand guidelines and design best practices

Design production

  • Design creative assets and produce final production files in both print and digital formats
  • Deliver creative assets in compliance with all required brand guidelines

Design quality

  • Deliver creative assets that meet the creative standards set by the Design Manager


  • Deliver creative assets according to deadlines


  • Receive feedback from coworkers and apply to creative solutions as directed by Design Manager

Professional development

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create hand-drawn comps that effectively communicate ideas and concepts
  • Strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography
  • Ability to execute designs based on prescribed art direction and brand guidelines
  • Ability to contribute objectively to design critiques and brainstorming sessions


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Extensive typing on QWERTY style keyboard
  • Extensive viewing of lighted computer monitor
  • Reaching and bending
  • Speaking on telephone
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs.
