WebFX is seeking a Jr. Inside Sales Representative to join our interactive marketing agency and help us grow new accounts as well as building strategies for existing accounts. This position is an inbound sales/strategy position to assist Sr. Inside Sales Strategists and close inbound leads. Cold calling, “knocking on doors”, sending unsolicited emails and other traditional sales methods are NOT part of the company culture, values and position.

Compensation:

  • 0-2 Years’ Experience: $42k to $47k
  • Expected Commission: Typically up to an additional ~$5k-$13k based on team sales/strategy goals (but there is no cap on commission)
  • GPA 3.8+: Add up to $5K to high end of salary range

Responsibilities {Post “Boot Camp” training}:

  • Write and present proposals (Mostly via phone & WebEx) to prospects and existing clients
  • Support senior level account team to develop marketing strategies and recommendations, and conceptualize and implement tactics
  • Accept inbound calls from prospects and follow up with them throughout the sales cycle (No outbound solicitation)
    • Assist Sr. Inbound Sales team with scheduling and serve as an administrator for company CRM
    • Call and schedules appointments with old leads
    • Spend time studying the features and benefits of our online products and services, then matching them to the prospect’s/client’s needs
    • Pitch in-person the web marketing strategies they have developed to prospects 
    • Call on new prospects regularly with the goal of converting them into new clients
    • Follow up with inbound prospects regularly by staying in contact, ask for referrals, find new leads, and increase our client base

    Required skills/competencies/qualities:

    • Bachelors Degree in Business, PR, Communications, Marketing or related field (GPA required on Resume) {GPA of 3.4+ desired}
    • Loves websites, web applications, social media and internet marketing services
    • Some experience with website design, blogging, social media or Internet marketing {Desired}
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent written communication skills for proposal writing
    • Enjoys building relationships, assisting potential clients build successful strategies and phone conversations
    • Lives for fast-paced environments
    • Thrives on the responsibility and excitement of multi-tasking
    • Organized and strategic thinker
    • Must possess excellent communication skills
