Job Description
The Director of Youth Ministries will oversee and coordinate the youth ministries, in consultation with the Senior Pastor and Family Ministries Coordinator, in a way that is consistent with the East Fairview COB vision, mission, values, and theology. He/she will oversee the ministry to the youth, by guiding them toward faith commitments and sharing disciplines that will lead them to spiritual maturity. This position also includes implementing youth activities, programs, and projects that minister to the youth’s direct need for fellowship, spiritual growth and service. He/she will be under the leadership of, and subject to the direction of the Senior Pastor, who is in charge of the total Congregational ministries.
