Job Description

The Partnership Support employee will assist the donor relations department in accurate and timely correspondence with donors, process gifts and maintain the integrity of the database and coordinate printing projects


  • Open and sort mail
  • Gift entry
  • Update donor information and codes in the donor database
  • Process acknowledgement letters and internal donor mailings
  • Coordinate printing projects
  • Proofread and edit copy


Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of Administrative support experience required
  • Ability to professionally communicate with others and be a team player is a must
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Editing and proofreading skills
  • Exemplary organizational ability; well-developed multi-tasking skills
  • Must have strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Works effectively under deadlines


Other Requirements: An active member in a local evangelical church
